Nice stay: hot water comes in late, but staff is extremely polite and well behaved. They had some issues with our billing but they corrected it later. Spacious room, good food. They can provide little more amenities, considering that they charge a lot.

Absolutely amazing! The menu options are excellent. The place was clean and smelled good. The staff and greeter was very nice especially Mahesh(Manager) was great-super friendly and on top of things and the food recommendations by him are top notch especially Rayalaseema Biryani!! Can totally recommend it and will definitely come back again. The dining experience overall is very pleasant.

Rooms are spacious, very cleanly, all services like TV working, polite staff. Price is slightly on the upper end, but manageable. Restaurant service is not good. Took a lot of time and our neighbours found non veg in vegetarian food. Good food quality though!

Very happy with the hotel facilities, ambience and cleanliness. Would love to stay again! Rent is a little on the higher side. Complimentary breakfast was also good.

I ordered Special chicken biryani family pack they charged Rs.816 including GST. Not at all worthy,too oily and not at all tasty. One of the worst biryani we ever had.

Best rated hotel in Proddatur for stay purposes. Service and food is of good quality, however the air conditioning did not seem to cool a lot despite putting Low temperatures. Another feedback is that despite having a lot of luggage, no staff was present to carry the luggage.

This hotel management is a real cheater. The entire operation team is a very roguish setup. I booked on 3rd Sept after talking to the GM Jagdish Kumar. He confirmed by WhatsApp chat to give me a double bed room at Rs. 2900/- inclusive of all taxes and breakfast. I paid an advance of Rs. 1500/- to his personal WhatsApp no. I checked in yesterday afternoon. The room AC was not working., room was not cleaned, the bed sheets were used ones. I raised the issue, for 45 mins had to wait for the AC issue. Still the AC was not working and the room was very hot. I demanded to give a different room with proper AC. They said no rooms available. The housekeepers showed me 4 different rooms where the AC was functioning. I shifted. Many rooms were empty & available, but they said no room’s available. This morning when I checked out they refused to extend the rate confirmed by the GM. I showed the text messages confirmed by the GM, they refused to accept since the so-called GM had left the hotel long back. The operation manager refused to acknowledge the GM’s commitment and finally I had to pay at rack rate + taxes. These are not fit for hospitality business. These are looters and has no feel for customer service. AVOID STAYING IN THIS HOTEL.
